More than three homes? Extra homes can be added to Concierge. You never have to pick a plan to set a home up: the Free plan is the whole hub on its own. Plan contents can still change before launch, and the founding list hears about any change first.

Why there are no numbers here

The founding list sees the prices before the website does.

This fall we’re knocking on Kanata doors to find out what this is worth to the people who own the houses. Putting a number on this page first would spoil the answer, and we’d rather have the answer.

So the founding list gets the plans and the prices by email before anything goes up here. If you want to be in that email, the list is free to join and takes about twenty seconds.

The companies you use

No company that works on your house pays FullYear anything, ever. No fee to answer you, no badge to buy, no place in a list. So FullYear has no stake in which company you pick.

Finding someone new

One-off jobs and other companies near you are free on every plan. There’s no paid version, and nobody can pay to be shown to you.

The record of your own house

Every visit, every photo and every document stays on the Free plan, for as long as you own the place.
